Dana Point Harbor Beach, also known as Baby Beach, is at Dana Point Harbor.  This is a small beach that is quite popular with families with smaller kids because of the roped off swimming area seasonal lifeguard.  There is a parking lot, park, picnic tables, walking path, and restrooms.  There is a dock here where you can rent stand-up paddle boards and also small sailboats. There is also a convenient hand launch area where you can put your watercraft into the water.  It’s not far from the parking lot, which is nice. Next to the beach there is a replica of a historic ship and also a fishing pier.
